Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your Ottoman Silks purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied then we offer a full refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect unused condition within 30 days of being delivered.

Please get in touch directly to organise returns and always use a tracked and signed for service. The parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. We will email you when the parcel is received and checked and will cover return postage costs if the product is faulty.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on sale items.
